Within this broadcast unit I learnt to:

1. Apply acquired technical and editorial skills, awareness and judgement necessary for the production of live and recorded audio and video stories both in and out of the studio.
2. Produce work efficiently and confidently as part of a broadcast team.
3. Appraise and critically analyse the newsgathering process for radio and television including research, forward planning and logistics.
4. Assess and critically reflect on the learning experience in order to enhance their personal development.
